The house, with three fronts, intends to establish or re-establish a clear volumetric relation with the adjoining houses, although with simultaneously formal autonomy and relation with the site.
At the street level this continuity will be clear, at the lower level with the north side house, and also as a construction volume in harmony with the south house, providing an excellent framework to the set.
The east and west elevations are, at the upper level, totally blind and defined by textured glazed tile panels, characteristic of the city of Porto. As also in the patio, this tiles have two colors, so when looking from one side you get a white wall, and from the other, a blue one.
